Impulse Fitness is the next phase of Kettlebells Ashbourne, which was opened by Aidan Fitton in 2010. As time passed and Aidan offered a wider range of classes, training and services to clients, it became apparent that the name needed to reflect more than just kettlebells, and so Impulse Fitness was opened.
The change of name coincided with a move to a brand new premises, set up to accommodate clients for a variety of training forms under one roof.
Continuing along the same line as Kettlebells Ashbourne, Impulse Fitness has struck a chord. People like the no-nonsense approach to training, good fun but hard work, and many of the clients who joined Kettlebells Ashbourne from the beginning are still training with Aidan today. It’s not so much an obsession as an addiction!
“Having always been involved in fitness through hurling, rugby, cycling, running and adventure racing, I have seen first-hand the physical and psychological benefits of keeping active and staying in shape. I can see how well my clients respond to training at Impulse Fitness. I like my clients to reach a point of being able to enjoy life fully, not watching every single thing they eat or drink, because they know they’ve had a proper workout at Impulse and that they are fit and in shape.”
