There’s strength in numbers and the number six seems to be hitting the mark with our small group training. Six people per session, personal training with a good group of people in it for the same reason: to get fitter and stronger.
This one is for the ladies. The Strength Camp runs over eight weeks and with specially designed class workouts and a customised cookbook of recipes. The recipes have surprised everyone and have been the biggest hit of the camps!
This is not about heavy lifting and building muscle. This camp is designed to make you strong, fit and lean. It’s a great cardio workout, keeps your metabolism flying and hits target areas.
Forget about walls of mirrors or rows upon rows of weights, this is a variety of exercises all designed to get you where you want to be.
If you’re training for something in particular, like a half marathon, you’ll need to be strong, eat properly and boost your fitness.
If you’re returning to training or taking a first approach, you’ll get a properly guided program and not be left to fend for yourself. It is THE best way to spend 8 weeks if you’re looking to get in shape.
What?: Eight-week private strength and fitness program at Kettlebells Ashbourne. Limited to six people. Includes two small group personal training sessions, one standard class, fitness test, weight and measurement reviews and customised cookbook.
