Back2Fitness is designed for anyone who is returning to training or is starting from scratch.
It’s an ideal intro to training, is limited to a small group and is 100% tailored to suit you. The training will be gradual and at your pace, the perfect opportunity to build up slowly.

With just six people per group you’ll have all the attention of personal training for less.
These sessions will focus on building up your strength and fitness with correct technique for all movements to:
- Aid weight Loss;
- Promote fat Loss;
- Reduce the risk of diabetes;
- Aid a healthy heart;
- Increase muscle endurance and strength levels;
- Increase flexibility and range of motion;
- Combat stress;
- Boost your mental health and self-confidence;
- Get you enjoying fitness again.
The course runs for 8 weeks. Sessions are at 5pm Tuesdays and Thursdays for 45 -60 mins.
Total cost €200 which includes:
- 2 personal group sessions plus 1 regular class per week;
- Cookbook of recipes;
- Periodical measurement and weight reviews including water intake, body fat to monitor your progress;
- Fitness tests
- Closed Whatsapp group for support and tips
