And to put those goals into action they need to be written down.
It all sounds very dramatic and restrictive but having your goals written down where you can see them is great motivation.
It could be simply to promise to make it to class twice a week, to get in shape for a special occasion or to get through 50 burpees without needing to stop!

Take a look, have a think and pick a couple of events to go for if you fancy it.

If you’ve got some personal scores to settle, then you could aim for a PB or an event you’ve been circling for a few years!
Take a card from the board, write down your goals and pin the card back up. Put your name or leave it anonymous, up to you. As the year goes on you can tick the goals off. Imagine the satisfaction in that!
